Three issues of the Official Show Daily will be produced and written on-site by IHS Jane’s.
This Official Show Daily will be the only daily to be distributed FREE to all exhibitors, visitors, media and VIPs during the three Trade days; at the event entrances and directly to the exhibition stands. Wavelengths 10 (Pty) Ltd T/A African Pilot have been officially appointed to design and produce AAD 2012 Exhibitors’ Catalogue. The catalogue is distributed widely at the exhibition, notably to official delegates invited to AAD 2012 and trade visitors. Exhibitors are reminded to submit their company’s free 100-word corporate entry. Additional exposure in the form of advertising is priced competitively and available space is going very quickly. • Media Briefing Facilities
Two Media Briefing facilities are provided at Waterkloof Base (44 and 28 sqr), with ample seating and projection equipment. There is NO FEE associated with the Media Briefing room. Time slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Time limit of 30-45 minutes for each briefing per exhibitor. • Desired time slot (have an alternative time in case your first choice is not available)
• Title of press conference
• 50-word description of the press conference
• Speaker names and job titles
• Special audiovisual needs
AAD will alert journalists of the date, time, location, and a description of your press conference.
• Business Centre Services for Exhibitors and Service providers
Whether you need to print, make copies, computer workstations, e-mail access, faxing, business Centre is here to help you.The Business Centre, located in Hangar 6, is the exclusive business Centre for all show exhibitors and attendees during AAD.
• Media Centre
The Media Center, located in Hangar 6, is a place for the journalists to collect information on exhibiting companies’ products and services. Journalists rely on press kits to find out what new and exciting products and services are being exhibited during AAD. All exhibitors are encouraged to submit their press releases, press kit on the allocated cubicles.
• Meeting Rooms
Situated in Hangar 7, the meeting rooms are the ideal space to meet with your clients for private meetings.
Whether you require a room for the entire Exhibition, for selected days or even for just an hour, we have the facilities to accommodate your needs. We have 4 fully furnished meeting rooms will be available to exhibitors of AAD 2012. Exhibitors are encouraged to contact Ms Vhongani Shumba at the AAD 2012 office early to book a meeting room as limited rooms are currently available and depending on requirement addition facilities can be made available.
